1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by WD Broadcast and Solutions ("We Do Broadcast"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We Do Broadcast provides IP-based broadcast solutions including:

• CG Graphics design and implementation
• IP Transmission services
• Simulcast Streaming solutions
• Broadcast technology consultation
• Custom broadcast equipment setup

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due as specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept payments via Stripe and other approved payment methods

4. Service Delivery

Service delivery terms:

• Delivery timelines will be specified in individual contracts
• Delays may occur due to technical requirements or client dependencies
• We will notify clients of any significant delays
• Client cooperation is required for timely service delivery

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• Custom solutions developed for clients become client property upon full payment
• Our proprietary tools and methodologies remain our intellectual property
• Third-party software licenses are subject to their respective terms
• We retain rights to use project experiences for marketing purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Issues arising from client-provided equipment or software

7. Warranty and Support

Warranty terms:

• We provide 90-day warranty on completed implementations
• Support is available during business hours
• Extended support contracts available separately
• Warranty excludes issues caused by external factors

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Projects may be cancelled with 30-day written notice
• Completed work and expenses incurred are non-refundable
• Cancellation fees may apply based on project stage
• Equipment orders cannot be cancelled once processed

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
