Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

At We Do Broadcast, we provide IP-based broadcast solutions including CG graphics, IP transmission, and simulcast streaming services. Due to the nature of our services:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Services that have been delivered and implemented are generally not eligible for refunds
  • Customized solutions and completed projects are non-refundable

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed upon in the contract
  • Technical issues prevent service delivery that cannot be resolved
  • Cancellation occurs before service commencement (subject to cancellation terms)
  • Duplicate payments were processed in error

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service delivery or payment
  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for refund request
  3. Allow 5-10 business days for review and response
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered:

  • Refunds will be prorated based on completed work
  • Setup fees and completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Consultation and planning fees are non-refundable

5. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Advance payments may be refunded for unused periods
